The Rampart 17 is the second Assault Rifle you unlock. Now all of your pellets become incendiary rounds and induce a burn effect, meaning if an enemy is unlucky enough to not have healing available, they're dead in one shot. Things get even worse if you equip the Operator Mod: Dragon Breath. It can kill you from downright absurd distances for a shotgun, while firing from the hip. Equip Barrel Choke on this thing, and you have yourself the equivalent of the 870 MCS from Black Ops 2. Thanks to a nerf to the Strobe Light, the MOG 12 has taken the place of the SG12 as the shotgun of choice.Makes you wonder if someone at Treyarch has it out for the CoD community. Oh, might we mention that this goes into your sidearm slot, meaning you can also run dual Saug 9mm's as well? If you do, congratulations - You've just become the embodiment of fucking Satan. Run the SG12 with the Strobe Light, Extended Mags II, and Max Load to increase damage output even further, and congratulations - everyone in the lobby is going to hate your guts. The fact that it has damage and mag capacity comparable to the equally despised 205 Brecci from Black Ops III is bad enough, but Treyarch outdid themselves by giving it the Strobe Light operator mod - which sacrifices the ability to ADS for a bright flashlight which serves as a slightly less effective 9-Bang. Shotguns (or, well, the only two at launch) are generally considered mediocre across the board, with the exception of the SG12.Absolutely massive magazine capacity? There isn't a check big enough! Oh, and might we add that some of the attachments it can equip include Grip, Rapid Fire, and Extended Mags? And it can equip an ELO sight? Oh, and its operator mod? Yeah, it literally gives it the highest mag capacity in the game, literally firing from its own ammo pool! Sure, it might not reload that fast, and it definitely isn't broken like the Saug 9mm, but it's still a very powerful gun nonetheless. Equip this and watch with mouth agape as your fire rate becomes increased to impossibly high levels, turning the Spitfire into a bullet hose. ![]() ![]() The only downside is that it has very high recoil, but you don't need to manage recoil if the enemy is already dead, right? And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, enter the Operator Mod: Wildfire. The Spitfire, it's basically the Skorpion EVO from Call of Duty: Black Ops II, having by far the highest rate of fire of any gun in the game, giving it by far one of, if not the fastest time to kill of any gun in the game.In fact, pretty much all of the SMGs in the game count as this, but of them, the Spitfire, Cordite, and the Saug stand out the most. The only downside is the low damage, and even then, the high rate of fire and ability to dual wield the gun more than makes up for it. Despite being the last SMG you unlock, it's still extremely overpowered. It's also the only weapon in the game that is able to be dual-wielded (since dual-wielding is the Operator Mod for it). Game-Breaker: Like you wouldn't believe. Many detractors of the Black Ops 4 pointed out how Blackout is stuck behind a $60 paywall and is saddled with a money-gouging freemium economy while the other Battle Royale games are free to play. Fandom Rivalry: The game has two with Fortnite and Apex Legends thanks to its Battle Royale mode. And the less said about the Zombies portion of the game (see the Broken Base entry for BO4 Zombies here), the better. The fact that the campaign was dropped in favor of a Battle Royale mode really doesn't make things any better, either. As mentioned above in Broken Base, while some praise the game for having more tactical, skill-based gameplay, others hate it for this exact reason. Contested Sequel: While the game carries over the classic "boots on the ground" gameplay from WWII, it's not without its detractors.Complete Monster: The High Priest of Chaos. ![]() And it doesn't even have the excuse of being on lower-end hardware like the previous Black Ops game did when it also came without a campaign on those, so it's even more baffling. In essence, this game embraced the multiplayer side of the franchise up to eleven and became widely disliked. So when Black Ops 4 arrived with no proper campaign (and its replacement are just short missions in the standard multiplayer maps), it proved to be very controversial. Singleplayer components for modern shooters are still enjoyed as evidenced by Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and DOOM (2016), and every single Call of Duty game before Black Ops 4 has had a singleplayer campaign. 5/20/2023 0 Comments 9mm brass price per round![]() ![]() It uses the same case but a different profile bullet to enable it to fit in smaller magazines. 5/20/2023 0 Comments Silkscreen pcb![]() If you need that, provide an assembly drawing. In cases like that, all the reference designators can make the board unreadable. Some people like to put other information on the board, like instruction or port identifications. ![]() This is a printing process and the must be cured. If you have a detailed assembly drawing, with all reference designators, part outlines and polarities clearly marked, you can get away without silkscreen. Most PCBs have a component legend to show which component goes where and is known as Silkscreen or Legend. The only exception with silkscreen is having a good assembly drawing. There’s still a lot of human work and too much ambiguity due to poor use of standards in marketing. Even though we have a nice set of industry standards, the adoption of those standards is sporadic enough that we simply can’t rely on data to be accurate. And it’s a lot easier to short something in operation with all of that extra exposed metal.Ī good assembly drawing format containing reference designators and polarity marks. What about silkscreen? Shouldn’t all of the automation render the need for silk screen an obsolete requirement? In theory yes. Some PC board metal surfaces will corrode if not covered with either solder or solder mask. The amount of solder paste we put down on a surface mount pad is based on making a good solder joint and having solder mask to prevent that migration. ![]() Without soldermask, solder can migrate off the pad, on to the traces or down into vias. I would like to know what you think of my latest efforts and if I should move forward with this. I have never had good results with toner transfer. That’s the short answer - and the incorrect answer according to probably all assembly service providers. ![]() You can buy boards that way for less money. Right? Doesn’t leaving mask and silk off dramatically reduce the cost? On the surface (pun somewhat intended), leaving off the soldermask and silkscreen seems like it reduces cost. Today, the users apply the Silkscreen on soldering side that includes manufacturers & engineers. First, however, you will find that people would apply the Silkscreen on the component side. Silkscreen removes ambiguity, ensuring that parts go where parts need to go, and that they are pointed the way they need to be pointed.īut, that’s just the Screaming Circuits perspective. The Silkscreen PCB aims to help you distinguish the PCB components, test points, warning symbols, and other parts of the PCB. Naha-Te's most known descendant is Goju-Ryu (along with a few other more obscure styles) and in turns it seems to be directly descended from Southern Chinese Kung-Fu (White Crane, for example). Shuri-Te, along with Tomari-Te and Naha-Te, is supposed to be one of the Okinawan's three traditional fighting methods (that is the legend, of which I am highly skeptical). Even if you learn all of the highest percentage, most generally effective techniques of the major styles out there, you're only going to learn how to create a "game plan" and set your high percentage techniques up by actually sparring, and Kyokushin does actually spar. As was said above, power strikes.īut the biggest thing to note is that one's technique base, while important, is less meaningful than how one trains. There's something about the way they throw their techniques, though, that seems less dependent on the "snap" typically emphasized in karate and more on follow-through. These are just what I've observed from watching. Their techniques largely seem adapted to fighting in close, actually, and they adopt a taller, narrower stance than most karateka as a result. They also do low kicks to the legs, which aren't really drilled or trained much in other forms of karate. I think they do some kicks with the shin that most karate styles advocate landing with the ball of the foot. In Kyoukushin, they have to be tough to withstand the punishment that sparring involves, so there's a lot more hard conditioning, and they work to get strong enough that their hits will end the fight.ĭepends. This doesn't necessarily equate to being strong or tough you can be scrawny and still good. Doing a point-style system, you want to have speed and good timing above anything else. Rear leg kicks, reverse punches, things that will actually hurt you.Īnd since they don't want to all be incapacitated by this, they train harder and toughen their bodies more than most other karate styles. This leads to a lot less tippy-tap and a lot more power blows. ![]() They still don't allow punches to the face in sparring, but for all other intents it's a lot like boxing. ![]() This leads to a lot of front-leg kicks, because they're faster and can catch an incoming opponent. Lighter contact, and the first person to land a blow gets the point. Lots of karate styles deal with point fighting, which is essentially tag. The rendering of a 3D scene is often performed in separate layers or Render Passes. That’s why the rendering process can be very time-consuming even with the most powerful hardware and software available in the market. During the rendering procedure, the computer reads large amounts of 3D data and makes a lot of calculations to be able to create 2D images or frames. The compositing stage can save huge amounts of time and money in a 3D animation studio. Why use compositing in 3D animation production? The reason why they are used most often is that they cover a wide range of material combinations in different surfaces. The most common types of compositing are: Several compositing programs can be used to touch up and edit digital renders or add special effects by compositors in an animation studio. But most compositing today, including 3D animation, is done through digital tools. Pre-digital compositing techniques go back as far as the 19 th century. In 3D animation, compositing is about combining two or more render passes or adding layers to create a single image or series of images with predefined properties. Compositing can include special effects, stage extension, environment creation, blue/green screen replacement, etc. Generally speaking, compositing is the combining of visual elements from separate sources into one image, in a way it creates the illusion that all those elements are parts of the same scene. The definition of compositing originates from photography meaning combining two or more images to make a single one. Your browser does not support the video tag. ![]() The following video is an example of compositing for a short 3D animation visually explaining how it’s done in a nutshell: Here, we’ll take a look at an overview of compositing and how it fits within the realm of the 3D animation pipeline. Some 2D visual effects can also be added if necessary. This is where the final look of animation really comes together. ![]() The process can be as simple as putting two layers together, or as complex as matching hundreds of layers and adjusting their properties such as depth of field and color. It involves taking the render passes from the production stage and combining them together or mixing in additional images or adjustments layers, to create a more cohesive composition. The first step of 3D animation post-production in 3D animation studios is called compositing. Post-production artists have a number of tools that can make up the look of a project in whatever way they want without having to render the whole project again. At this stage, the final touches are added to the project to make it look polished and professional. Up to here, we have covered the pre-production and production phases of the 3D animation pipeline. ![]() 5/20/2023 0 Comments Prehistoric kingdom microraptor![]() ![]() It’s almost time to release alpha and we couldn’t be more excited!
